Touko Aozaki is a genius magus and the former heir to the Aozaki family. Although a Master from the age of 20, she doesn't show off her magic easily. Touko's special attack involves using her cigarette to trace runes in the air, incinerating the heart of her attacker. However, her talents are manifold.

Her personality swings between ideals, becoming cold whenever she takes off her glasses. However this is not a personality disorder, but a trained skill to help her deal with multiple situations. Even she no longer knows which personality is the real one.

She has a rule of murder in regards to being called 'Dirty Red'.

^* A sealing designation is an edict by the Mage's Association to capture and preserve those with exceptional talents. As it is equal to living death, those underneath a Sealing Designation tend to be at constant risk of capture.
